SalesFUSION Improves Its Demand Generation Accelerator For Microsoft Dynamics CRM

SalesFUSION, a marketing automation software provider, has released a new version of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing Accelerator that provides for integration of its demand generation platform into the CRM product.

"We felt we had an opportunity to fill a market void and have done so quite successfully thus far," said Kevin Miller, EVP Marketing and Sales for Atlanta-based SalesFUSION, in a statement. "Over 75% of our net new customer growth since January has been with Microsoft Dynamics clients."

The platform lets users integrate all their B2B marketing efforts into Dynamics CRM, the company said.

Version 1.1 of its Microsoft CRM Marketing Accelerator includes: Web visitor tracking and Web analytics; advanced B2B e-mail marketing; the ability to build and display Web forms, landing pages, and surveys; as well as features for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, according to the company.

According to Miller, the major change in Version 1.1 is the embedded tab navigation provided at the lead and contact records in both the on-premise and online versions of Dynamics CRM.

Using this feature sales users have access to the complete lead lifecycle history right up to the point they make initial sales contact, according to the company. And they can also view the history of Web visits and e-mail responses as well as access responses to all the questions that are answered in the forms or surveys, the company said.

"I'm fully confident our SalesFUSION Dynamics Marketing Accelerator is the most feature-rich and comprehensive integration of any marketing automation solution provider in the market," said Miller.
