Protech Adds 6 New Association Management Customers in Three Months

The last three months have been good ones for Protech Associates Inc., a provider of CRM for Members association management software (AMS).

Since launching its cloud-based AMS offering, Protech has added six new customers that will be deploying Protech Cloud Business Solutions (PCBS), powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, and with a plan to add 14 this year.

Those members include Association of Performing Arts Presenters; BMW Motorcycle Owners of America; National Academic Advising Association; Council for Responsible Nutrition; Water Quality Association; and Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

The National Academic Advising Association is going live on the solution in about a week. And BMW has already gone live and so far so good, said Protech CEO Brian Bruffey

The company's new product lets associations offer their members a number of features including online self-service and ecommerce capabilities as well as the ability to create dynamic, private and secure online communities where members can connect, collaborate and communicate with each other, according to Bruffey.

Protech Cloud Business Solutions' four software apps (UX Online, MX Online, SX Online and LX Online) seamlessly integrate with each other and with leading third-party apps including accounting, email marketing, social networking, trade show management and content management systems to meet the needs of member-based organizations, Bruffey said.

The solutions also offers the associations integrated dashboards containing the data decision makers need to make critical business decisions.
