NaviSite Offers Cloud Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM with Per-User Pricing

NaviSite Inc., a Microsoft partner and provider of enterprise hosting capabilities, application management and cloud services, has launched Managed Application Services for Microsoft Dynamics. The cloud services are powered by the company's existing NaviCloud platform and are designed to help enterprises scale their usage of Dynamics ERP and CRM products on a per-user basis so they can save money, reduce risk and offer better service to its employees, according to company officials.

NaviSite, which is owned by Time Warner Cable, brought in $126 million in revenue for its fiscal year 2010 and had approximately 1,400 customers using its services. The company has over 14 years of experience hosting and managing Microsoft Dynamics including a team of in-house experts who support the entire Microsoft Dynamics suite within their cloud computing environment.

NaviSite's Managed Application Services for Microsoft Dynamics uses all of NaviSite's managed services capabilities, including:

  • NaviCloud-Enabled Infrastructure-A burstable, high-performance cloud computing platform.
  • Per-User Pricing-Customers can align their usage with changing business requirements.
  • On-Boarding Services-NaviSite's team manages and supports the on-boarding process according to customer requirements.
  • Application Management Services-NaviSite provides end-to-end, all-inclusive application management of the Microsoft Dynamics suite.
  • Service Level Guarantees-NaviSite offers comprehensive, guaranteed service levels.

Other Microsoft partners have also launched cloud services for Dynamics products including Tribridge. Greg Pierce, managing director at Tribridge has said the growth of his firm's new cloud platform for Dynamics ERP and CRM, Concerto Cloud Services, was driven by customer demand for cloud as a delivery mechanism.
