Mobility for Dynamics CRM has advanced, but customers still require a trusted guide, Microsoft advises

In 2012, an eXtremeCRM conference in Las Vegas featured discussions about the growing trend of mobility in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Flash forward two years, to ExtremeCRM 2014 in Las Vegas and mobility is more than a trend. Mobility is here, Microsoft Dynamics officials told about 400 attendees at this week's conference at Caesars Palace.

"Mobility is beyond the ‘new normal,'" said Microsoft's Richard Dickinson said, during his Mobility Strategy with Microsoft Dynamics session.
