Unanet launches new release of SL Connect for Microsoft Dynamics SL integration

Unanet, a developer of services automation software has rolled out the latest version of SL Connect (1.3.0), its integration with Microsoft Dynamics SL.

This second generation interface offers comprehensive integration between Unanet's Professional Services Automation solution and Dynamics SL, according to company officials.

The new version of SL Connect offers greater configurability and increased flexibility to meet the specific integration needs of Unanet's customers.

SL Connect Release 1.3.0:

• Adds the ability to import fixed price revenue items
• Increases the ability to configure the fields imported for Projects and People through more exposed functions
• Increases the ability to write and invoke custom functionality required by our customers

Former senior finance executive joins Microsoft Dynamics NAV firm Rand

Rand Group has appointed Sharon Hoyd as a Director in its Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice.

Hoyd brings 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive in the energy, manufacturing and construction industries to the new role. She recently led a successful global implementation of Dynamics NAV for a seismic services firm that included developing multi-national, multi-currency business and accounting processes.
