BitTitan and 21Vianet Blue Cloud expand partnership to meet Office 365 Growth in China

BitTitan, the developer of MigrationWiz, has broadened its partnership with Shanghai Blue Cloud Technologies Co., Ltd, the official operator and service provider of Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 in China, by making its popular MigrationWiz User Migration Bundle available in the Chinese cloud-services market.

The User Migration Bundle will offer Microsoft partners and IT professionals in the Chinese market a single solution to move customers to the cloud faster and more securely, according to officials of the two companies.

Built on Azure, the User Migration Bundle expands the capabilities of MigrationWiz by offering mailbox, document and personal-archive migration, as well as remote configuration tools for Microsoft Outlook.

Bright Pattern Contact Center now available on Microsoft AppSource

Bright Pattern, a provider of omnichannel cloud contact center software has announced the availability of Bright Pattern Contact Center on Microsoft AppSource.

Bright Pattern integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and promises to help Microsoft customers manage increasing contact volume and increase agent productivity and performance, according to company officials.

Bright Pattern Contact Center integration for Dynamics 365 enables agents to handle customer inquiries over the phone, chat, and SMS/text simultaneously from within Dynamics 365. In addition, agents have easy-to-use click-to-call icons within Dynamics 365, so that can handle problems more quickly, officials said.

AvePoint Dynamics 365 Backup now available on Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace
