Templeton Launches First Native Cloud-based Practice Management System for CPA Firms

Templeton Solutions has rolled out its cloud-based practice management system for CPA firms, TC Practice Management. Templeton said it is the first program of its kind built exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

According to the company, TC Practice Management brings project management, time and billing, document management, analytics, and sales and marketing together under one log-in so users don't have to toggle between programs.

"TC Practice Management uniquely combines the productivity benefits of an integrated Practice Management system with the cost and flexibility advantages of cloud computing," said Steve Templeton CPA and Founder of Templeton & Company, in a statement.

TC Practice Management can be deployed either on-premise or in a cloud environment, according to the company.

"We protect on-premise clients' investment in TC Practice Management with our ability to seamlessly transition to the cloud at any time," said Jim Douglas, Program Manager, Templeton, in a statement.

Kineticom Goes Live with Dynamics GP and Personnel Agency Management

Kineticom, an ISO certified technical talent firm, has purchased Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010, PAM (Personnel Agency Management), Web Based Time and PAM Webhouse from Professional Advantage to replace its previous ERP system, MAS90.

The go-live event took place over five days and was successfully completed without any interruption to daily operations.

PAM will provide Kineticom with improved gross profit reporting, accurate payroll/billing information, and management analysis reports, according to the company. Kineticom expects to cut at least eight hours per week on data entry as well as eliminate ...
