Arke Systems Acquires Zertia

Arke Systems LLC, a software development consultancy and a developer of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint solutions has acquired Zertia, a full-service interactive marketing agency.

The acquisition will allow Arke to provide clients with end-to-end solutions, including creative and design services as well as development services, according to the company.

"Our goal is to redefine Arke as a leader in digital marketing and marketing related technologies," said Eric Stoll, President of Arke, in a statement. "Being able to provide our clients with a full service team allows focus on strategic initiatives, ROI driven marketing and best of breed technologies."

The new twenty-five person team has delivered over one thousand digital marketing campaigns and development solutions for customers including Krispy Creme, Cartoon Network, Reader's Digest, and Marriott Hotel, according to officials.

Arke's services now include Web design, social media strategy and execution, search engine optimization, mobile marketing design and applications.

Arke said will continue to provide its clients with technology roadmaps, systems integration, custom web application and software development, Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint solutions.
