IBM, Microsoft Business Partners Develop Two-way Data Integration Between Lotus Domino, Dynamics CRM

Computer Architechs International Corp. and IQubz LLC have developed and tested a two-way data integration between IBM Lotus Domino and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The solution uses web services from IBM and Microsoft, and as well as Scribe Software's data integration and migration tools.

The solution can be customized with respect to the entities and fields as well as the data integration aspects of queuing, action (create, update or delete/deactivate), direction, frequency and error-handling, according to officials. The solution is customized and deployed by the two companies' joint team of professional services.

Stephan Setran, Managing Partner at IQubz LLC, said the solution makes consistent information readily available to the users of Lotus Domino and Dynamics CRM without redundant data entry.

"Our clients are seeking a reliable and affordable solution for the data to flow between Lotus Domino and Microsoft CRM. With our expertise surrounding Domino, we reached out to IQubz for their complementary expertise in Microsoft CRM and Scribe," said Reed Gesteland, President and CEO at Computer Architechs International Corp., in a statement.
