The CompanyNet acquisition strengthens Core's technical capability and enables the company to expand into Scotland, as the deal includes 25 employees and offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, according to the companies.

"We are focused on developing capability and excellent levels of service for our customers, and this acquisition means greater capability and additional resources," said Core Technology's CEO Conor Callanan.
