Saviynt to Provide Identity Governance to Microsoft Azure Active Directory Premium Customers

Saviynt, a provider of cloud access governance and security solutions, will integrate its cloud-based Identity Governance solution with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Saviynt's intelligent access request, risk-based access certification and deep segregation of duty (SOD) management capabilities will augment Azure AD's identity and access management platform.

Additionally, Saviynt will extend its Security Analyzer offering to continuously monitor and detect unauthorized access and risky misconfigurations of Microsoft Azure's infrastructure-as-a-service objects such as virtual machines, blobs, VNETs and SQL for Azure.

"Having Saviynt's solution integrated with Azure AD gives our customers easy access to Identity and Security Governance capabilities on demand," said Alex Simons, director of program management, Microsoft Identity Division, Microsoft, in a statement. "In addition, Saviynt extends deep into Identity Lifecycle and SOD Management with major ERP and EMR platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP, Workday, Epic and Cerner."
