Alithya partners with OneWorldSIS to expand its higher education offering

Alithya Group Inc., a digital strategy and technologies company, has teamed up with OneWorldSIS Inc., a provider of the OneWorldSIS Student Information System for educational institutions. This new partnership is intended to enhance Alithya's existing higher education solutions to better address the digital transformation needs of the higher education sector in North America, according to the companies. Specifically, the partnership expands Alithya's Dynamics 365 CRM offerings to include a solution for the operational needs and administrative functions of educational institutions.

"This strategic partnership with OneWorldSIS reflects Alithya's goal of helping higher education institutions of all sizes to modernize their technology infrastructure with a Microsoft ecosystem that includes SIS, finance, and CRM, plus a full range of complementary solutions and implementation services," said Damien Dumas, Alithya's higher education practice lead.

Sourcepass acquires Infinity, a Microsoft Dynamics partner and service provider

Sourcepass, an IT managed services provider, has acquired Infinity Computer Systems, a Dynamics 365 partner.

The acquisition will enable Sourcepass' small and midsize business (SMBs) customers to access Dynamics applications and integrate them with other business applications, according to the companies.

"Many companies who have outgrown other applications move to Microsoft Dynamics 365," said Chuck Canton, CEO and founder of Sourcepass. "However, smaller companies may not have the budget for the platform or may lack the technical expertise to transition to a new system. . . . [W]help our clients enjoy the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics and make sure they are maximizing the value of the system while we take care of the back-end."
