BCN Group acquires Evo-soft

BCN Group has acquired Evo-soft, a UK-based Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist.

Evo-soft have developed their own bespoke software for auction houses, aptly named Evo-Auction. They also offer Evo-Supply, a solution for importation, distribution, and simple manufacturing industries.

This acquisition will bring BCN Group's combined annual business revenue to more than £50M  with future acquisitions expected to follow, according to the companies. The acquisition follows the investment of private equity firm ECI Partners. Beech Tree Private Equity invested in BCN Group back in 2018.

"The acquisition of Evo-soft enables BCN to provide more value to our customers, enabling them to continue their digital transformation journeys, exercising the full benefits of the Microsoft ecosystem," stated Rob Davies, CEO of BCN Group. "The existing capabilities around development, modern workplace, analytics and Azure is heightened with the delivering of core business applications services with Dynamics."

Bambu offers wealth management predictive planning solution for Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services

Bambu, a global wealth technology provider, has launched its wealth management predictive planning solution for Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services and Dynamics 365 Sales. With this service, relationship managers, financial advisors, agents, and firms in the financial sector can use predictive analytics to identify and prioritize their clients' needs to help them make better business decisions, according to the company.

Wealth Management for Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services along with Wealth Management for Dynamics 365 Sales will enable users to predict and analyze key life events as well as suggest financial goals and solutions they can achieve to help with financial planning, the company noted.
