Episerver Announces Release of Episerver Commerce for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Episerver, a provider of a single platform to manage digital content, commerce, and marketing in the cloud, has rolled out Episerver Commerce for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The solution brings together Episerver's unified content management and digital commerce platform with Dynamics 365, all within the Microsoft Azure cloud, to help organizations to integrate, automate, and transform their businesses with intelligent applications that work together, according to company officials.

The solution addresses the needs of modern retailers, manufacturers and distributors with complex, and growing omnichannel requirements, reducing "under-the-hood" implementation costs, said the company.

Simplifying the omnichannel customer journey often takes a numerous tools and complex integration across systems, according to James Norwood, EVP strategy and CMO at Episerver.

"With Dynamics 365, Microsoft has worked to make business processes from sales to operations to service completely seamless," Norwood said in a statement. "Now, with Episerver Commerce for Dynamics 365, we're taking that to the next level by empowering our joint customers to deliver immersive and frictionless commerce experiences for their customers."
