Xpertdoc, e-SignLive Support Latest Version of Dynamics CRM

Microsoft partner Xpertdoc and e-SignLive by Silanis have announced an integrated solution that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online.

The joint solution automates the entire document transaction lifecycle - from document generation to e-signature - directly from Dynamics CRM, according to officials of the two companies. Xpertdoc chose to integrate e-SignLive e-signatures into its Dynamics CRM Connector because the solution enhances the security of e-signed transactions.

The integrated solution lets Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online users easily merge CRM data with any type of document at the click of a button, then seamlessly send it for signature via e-SignLive, officials said.

Once the transaction is complete, the e-signed document is stored securely in Dynamics CRM with a complete audit trail of who signed, when and in what order. This approach maintains vendor independence without having to rely on the vendor's service, according to officials.
