enVista, Avercast Announce Strategic Partnership

enVista, a supply chain consulting and IT services firm, has partnered with Avercast, an inventory forecasting and demand planning solutions provider to allow Microsoft Dynamics AX users to add critical demand planning and sales and operations planning (S&OP) to their ERP platforms.

Avercast has integrated its planning solutions with Dynamics AX to create a common data repository to deliver rapid, accurate demand and supply plans and fully support S&OP, according to company officials. Additionally, dashboards can quickly be built in Dynamics AX, so executives can drill down into data presented in spreadsheet form.

"Combining enVista's supply chain and ERP expertise with Avercast's deep demand planning solution is a perfect fit for Microsoft Dynamics AX users in manufacturing or distribution," said Bruce Eicher, enVista's Managing Partner of Enterprise Solutions, in a statement. "With this partnership, users will gain increased insight into their sales forecasts and inventory levels and cut costs - all within their enterprise system. The cloud-based SaaS architecture enables the ease of implementation and support."
