BroadPoint Launches Field Service Practice, Will Deliver Innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution

BroadPoint Technologies, a business technology consulting firm that specializes in deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365, has launched a practice to support Microsoft's Field Service Management solution. The practice will help businesses better manage and deliver service to their customers in the field.

An extension of Dynamics 365, the Field Service Management solution lets companies improve customer satisfaction, first time fix rates, and resource productivity, all within D365, according to Broadpoint.

Using BroadPoint's Dynamics 365 for Field Service capabilities, field service reps and schedulers can enjoy automated routing, inventory management and mobile data entry that enables a complete view of customer interactions in real-time, from anywhere, on any device, BroadPoint's CEO Lee Raesly said in a statement.

"Microsoft Dynamics 365 and FieldOne came together to form Dynamics 365 for Field Service, an industry-focused, end-to-end solution to enable businesses to drive revenue, reduce costs and deliver great customer service," described John O'Donnell, practice development manager for Microsoft, in the statement.

DSI ScanWorkX on Microsoft AppSource Drives Supply Chain Visibility
