Client Data Systems Launches Microsoft-based CRM System for UK Mortgage Brokers

Client Data Systems (CDS) Group has launched a Dynamics CRM solution for UK mortgage advisers called ClientCore.

ClientCore's back office system is built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform that sits within Microsoft Outlook and seamlessly with Microsoft Office.

The system offers a range of client management tools that include all of the core elements of the mortgage advice process from initial client contact, according to company officials.

Richard Hurst, marketing director at CDS Group said companies can use the system right out of the box because it's pre-configured specifically for mortgage advisers. He said that means that advisers can securely access data online, anytime, anyplace and avoid the need for new hardware, servers or installation. Additionally, advisers can also receive opportunity management and lead capture directly from their websites, he said.

Kinaxis, JFE Systems Extend Supply Chain Management Partnership

Kinaxis, provider of RapidResponse, a cloud solution to help companies with planning and response management for value chain operations, has extended its reseller relationship with JFE Systems to deliver RapidResponse as a cloud service for small and medium business (SMB) manufacturers.

The partnership will strengthen services for manufacturers using Microsoft Dynamics AX, according to company officials.
