QGate Launches intelli-CTi for Dynamics CRM

UK firm QGate Software has launched a new version of intelli-CTi, their telephony integration with Dynamics CRM. The new release adds support CRM 2015 and compatibility with Microsoft Unified Service Desk. It is also certified for CRM 2013.

Retail Realm Announces WorldPay Certification

Retail Realm has announced that it has obtained certification for its integration of WorldPay to Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) for the U.S. market.

This latest integration to WorldPay, built on the Dynamics RMS framework is certified for face-to-face (customer present) transactions with debit, credit and gift cards, according to company officials.

"This achievement signifies yet another important milestone," said Retail Realm Chairman, Afshin Alikhani, in a statement. "Following on from the launch of RR RMS Utilities - Version 17 back in September 2014, we are able to once again underscore our on-going commitment to RMS and the Retail SMB marketplace through our development initiatives."
