SYNETY Integrates CloudCall Telephony with Dynamics CRM Online

Cloud telephone company SYNETY has integrated CloudCall, its on-demand business telephony system, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

The integration lets Dynamics CRM users use telephony functions directly from the Dynamics CRM suite. These functions include desktop click-to-dial, full integration of detailed call histories, and the ability to embed complete recordings of calls directly into contact records for easy replaying and management, giving companies a complete overview of all types of interactions with prospects and customers, according to officials.

These features can be delivered in addition to customers' existing telephony arrangements on a per-user, per-month basis with no upfront costs.

"Adding full details of call histories and recordings directly into contact records gives businesses a complete picture of their interactions with customers," said Mark Seemann, CEO of SYNETY, in a statement. "This in turn helps to share knowledge across the organization and enhances service. The integration of CloudCall with Microsoft Dynamics CRM makes the critical connection between CRM data and phone conversations, making databases richer and helping to improve staff productivity through greater ease of use."

CloudCall Click service offers software integration that works with customers' existing phone systems, or can be used on its own with the included CloudCall Communicator softphone.
