England and Wales Cricket Board Partners with Advanced to Create a Connected Cricket Experience

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the national governing body for cricket, has partnered with Advanced to begin a new digital transformation process. Advanced will implement and manage the ECB's Microsoft Dynamics CRM project aimed at increasing participation in cricket.

The digital upgrade is aimed at helping ECB better connect with recreational players, coaches, umpires and volunteers as well as broaden interest in domestic and international cricket, according to Advanced officials.

Dynamics CRM will be implemented in phases. The first phase will focus on the areas that have the greatest impact on customer experience, as well as the areas that are most complex, officials stated.

ECB will work with the Advanced team to find new ways of identifying and understanding new sources of information and introducing additional services and products to keep people involved in cricket, according to officials.
