ASC Technologies announces compliance recording in Dynamics 365 with Recording Insights

ASC Technologies AG, provider of a native certified compliance recording solution for Microsoft Teams, has released the integration Recording Insights into Dynamics 365, enabling users to manage compliance directly in their customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The integration of Recording Insights into Dynamics 365 gives users more control and insights into customer call interactions, according to the companies. In addition, Recording Insights can now be started directly from within Dynamics 365 and linked to the respective customer entity.

"The integration of Recording Insights into Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a further step to offer our partners and customers a compliance solution fully integrated into their business processes," said Gerald Kromer, chief executive officer of ASC Technologies. "Our customers drive immediate business results by identifying compliance risks or upselling potential while displaying the entire communication as text."

Versapay acquires leading cash application fintech company DadeSystems

Versapay, a provider of collaborative accounts receivable systems, has completed its acquisition of U.S.-based fintech company DadeSystems. The acquisition adds to Versapay’s suite of accounts receivable automation solutions and expands its AI and machine learning capabilities.

DadeSystems has been a long-term technology partner of Versapay. The DadeSystems team will continue to operate in Miami and will be fully integrated with Versapay’s North American teams, according to the companies.

DadeSystems' DadePay cash application software automates the receipt, matching, and reconciliation of payments no matter how they are received, and it's already embedded in Versapay’s cloud-based, automated AR platform, the companies noted. Now, all DadeSystems solutions, including mobile offerings, will be available to Versapay’s clients and partners.
