Kuwait Toy Company Implements Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for Retail

Kuwait-based toy retailer Fantasy World has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in all its stores for and end-to-end retail operations.

Dynamics AX will enable Fantasy World to streamline its business processes and operate more efficiently, company officials said. Microsoft partner Levtech Consulting, in conjunction with associate company Headstart FZ LLC, will help the company manage the solution.

Dynamics AX 2012 for Retail delivers integrated business processes, optimized inventories, greater customer responsiveness and better decision-making for Fantasy World.

"A major reason why we chose Microsoft over competing solutions is because it offers a solution that meets our requirements. As an organization we feel elevated to a different platform, which will be a launch pad to take off to the next level," said Salim Kumar, Director-Shared Services, Fantasy World said in a statement.

Manjunath T. R., Managing Director, Levtech Consulting, said the project was delivered in four months as scheduled.

"While every ERP project has challenges and bottlenecks, we worked closely with the team at Fantasy World to think through every process, plan project activities meticulously and deploy the solution in an optimized and scalable manner," he said in the statement.
