Simient acquires Mr CRM

Australia-based Simient has announced the purchase of MrCRM, a specialist services provider for Microsoft Dynamics 365, to enhance its footprint as a specialist CRM consultancy.

Simient currently uses Dynamics 365 to create customized solutions for enterprise health and corrections customers. MrCRM will allow Simient to provide offerings better suited to the small to midsize businesses, such as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 helpdesk, according to officials of the companies.

"We are excited to deliver the considerable benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Australian businesses large and small," said Simient CEO, John Stevenson, in a statement. "We have an expert team of developers, solution architects, support staff, and super users that can add on-call, enterprise-grade expertise to SMEs."

Alan Ball, founder of MrCRM, is now Simient's Darwin practice manager, and will assume responsibility for the MrCRM brand, officials said.

SAGlobal and 360 Vertical Solutions close merger

SAGlobal and 360 Vertical Solutions have completed their merger that was announced earlier this year. The combined company will do business as SAGlobal, but will retain and expand key 360 Vertical Solutions products, including AEC360, Legal360, and Sync360.
