Use Microsoft Dynamics GP Inventory Returns: Belinda, the GP CSI, a.k.a. Belinda Allen of Smith & Allen Consulting, begins a two part series on performing inventory returns using the Microsoft Dynamics GP Purchase Order Processing (POP)  module's Returns Transaction Entry window. 

Allen has created a video documenting the process, which covers the option to apply credit with the return, replacement of returned goods, and issuing an invoice for the original amount.  Check out the full post and the demonstration.
