Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 R2 Now Available

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 R2 is now available for download from PartnerSource and CustomerSource.

Microsoft posted the new software over the weekend, and several alert GP professionals have called the community's attention to the release. 

Ian Grieve notes that that software on CustomerSource has a release date of May 29. As he has done for past releases, he plans to step through the new software with a series of "hands on" reports, but the short notice means they will have to wait.

"There will be a log of exciting articles in the coming few days exploring the new features," writes Mahmood AlSaadi on the discovery of the product's availability.

And David Musgrave provides links to the DVD image and Patch file.

Update: Microsoft's Terry Healey has a new blog post that offers links to the product download page, the R2 patch, and more information.  She also reminds us there is a new 'what's new' blog series kicking off this week that will cover at least seventeen different functional areas. And in an announcement on the Microsoft Dynamics Blog, Gordon Macdonald adds that GP 2015 R2 includes "new scripts and utilities to help Microsoft Dynamics partners automate provisioning of Microsoft Dynamics GP instances on Microsoft Azure."
