Keeping your subscription lists up to date in D365 Marketing

On her blog, Megan Walker stated that good marketers give their subscribers options, enabling them to sign up to get content about such things as events or the new products and services their companies offer. Letting subscribers pick and choose will enable marketers to send them marketing emails about one or two topics.

Walker noted that D365 Marketing lets marketers create their own custom subscription pages and use it for outbound and real-time marketing. But what if someone opts out of everything or a user changes things and opts a contact out of getting marketing emails?

In this blog post, Walker explained how marketers remove people from their subscription lists. She then pointed out that marketers first need to understand what is used when sending out content using either outbound or real-time marketing. She discussed using Flow for outbound marketing as well as for real-time marketing.
