Dynamics 365 Business Central will grow its collection of Copilot capabilities, spanning features for user Q&A, text generation, and bank reconciliation, along with more traditional-sounding predictive analytics tools.

In a new blog post, Microsoft VP Mike Morton explained how the company categorizes these updates to Business Central and referenced company documentation that provides more guidance on availability in terms of both timing and geography.

“The integration of AI into everyday business processes is not just about staying ahead in a competitive market, it’s about redefining what’s possible in the workplace,” Morton wrote.

Microsoft began to lay out its broadening Business Central AI plans earlier this autumn. At Directions EMEA 2023, Microsoft officials told partners about many of the features reviewed in this week’s announcement including the released version of AI-generated product descriptions, expansion to seven more languages, and bank reconciliation.
