Marketing Automation Solution Email2CRM Brings VerticalResponse Capabilities to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

CRM Innovation has released Email2CRM, which integrates Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the VerticalResponse email marketing engine.

The solution allows CRM users to automate their marketing communications and track visitor activity on their websites, said Jerry Weinstock, Business Development Manager at CRM Innovation. Email2CRM provides complete integration inside of CRM with all email marketing data and website visitor activity, he said.

"Email2CRM is an email marketing automation solution for CRM that allows marketers to send out newsletters and manage the entire process within the Microsoft CRM environment and it pulls back in all the analytics that you'd normally expect from an email blast like who opened it who clicked [on your website]," he said.

"We've also integrated Google analytics into the process-at no extra charge or fee-so we can show companies using Google analytics in CRM who visited their websites, when they were on the sites and how long they stayed on each page," he said.

And because Email2CRM, which works with all the implementations of CRM 4.0 and CRM 2011, is a hosted cloud application there's no code required on the CRM server so CRM Innovation can get customers set up in 30 minutes or less, he said.

The integration between Dynamics CRM and VerticalResponse givers marketers an enterprise class solution for both email design and execution, he said. And the integration with VerticalResponse gives customers access to over 700 professionally designed email templates at no charge, Weinstock added.
