Live Chat Today: RapidStart for Microsoft Dynamics GP And Accelerating Implementations

by Jason Gumpert
Editor, MSDynamicsWorld.com

Join Microsoft Dynamics GP product manager Jay Manley and GP implementation expert Gloria Braunschweig at 11am EDT (GMT -5) today for a discussion on the newest release of RapidStart for Dynamics GP and Gloria's new book, Rapid Implementation.

The newest release of RapidStart for GP represents a major rethinking of the tool, including more focus on the way a consultants do their work so that work can be paused, reused, and re-shuffled as required. And the new release includes new migration tools for both Intuit QuickBooks and Sage Peachtree.

While the tools are still new, Braunschweig has been an early adopter, having offered a range of tips on how to get the most out of RapidStart (her first hint: read the manual in its entirety).

The session will be broadcast live on its own event page where you can easily add comments and feedback live, or you can catch it in a live stream on this very page when it begins (you will need to refresh the page when we add the stream).

In today's discussion, we'll be exploring questions and ideas about Dynamics GP implementations like:

  • Understanding the elements of RapidStart, both Migration and Configuration
  • QuickBooks and Peachtree migration best practices
  • The future roadmap of RapidStart
  • Why the theme of rapid implementations matter in today's business climate
  • Learning from stories ...
