InsideView Launches CRM+ To Fill Gap for its Non-Sales CRM User Base

In an effort to expand its user base beyond the sales force to anyone in an organization with customer-facing duties, InsideView has launched CRM+, a new version of its sales intelligence service designed and priced to reach any user of CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a lower per-user price than its existing offerings.

The product, which works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, CRM 2011 and CRM Online, provides real-time information - previously available only to sales people via the company's InsideView for Sales products - to all departments that interact with customers including service, marketing, operations as well as partner channels to help drive more sales, according to Heidi Tucker, VP of Global Alliances at InsideView, the 2011 Dynamics Marketplace Solution Excellence Partner of the Year.

Priced at $29 per user per month, CRM+ fills a gap in the range of InsideView products,  giving customers the ability to synchronize company and contact information-information that's also available to sales people via the free and paid version of InsideView for Sales-into Dynamics CRM with one click of a button, Tucker said.

CRM+ gathers information from news and social media sites about prospects, customers, as well as partners and suppliers. It ensures that all users are looking at and collaborating around the same information, says Tucker, creating more meaningful one-to-one relationships. InsideView's CRM+ does this within workers' process flow within their existing CRM platform, according to the company.
