InfoHounds mortgage customer retention tool integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

InfoHounds Inc., a startup that offers a customer retention tool for mortgage professionals and financial institutions, is now integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. InfoHounds captures real time market data and alerts mortgage professionals when their former clients need new mortgages.

The integration with Dynamics CRM lets mortgage professionals sync their existing database of clients and prospects with InfoHounds' engine in just minutes with no technical skill required, according to company officials.

For example, a mortgage originator can now attach InfoHounds to its existing Dynamics CRM with a few clicks. InfoHounds will then compare existing CRM data with vast amounts of real-time market data to identify when a former mortgage client has re-entered the housing market and then feed that data back into Dynamics CRM so that the originator can pinpoint his retention marketing efforts, according to company officials.

InfoHounds for Microsoft Dynamics CRM also helps loan officers build email campaigns that it says will be more effective than the industry average.  And the integration takes just a few minutes, they say, at which point their analytics will sync with Dynamics CRM,making new opportunities visible as they occur.

Dynamics CRM adds to the company's portfolio of CRM integrations that already includes Salesforce, Zoho, Highrise, NetSuite, and Market Focus.
