by Shailesh Wath

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service provides a wide range of capabilities, from optimized work order scheduling to predictive maintenance. While you may have used Field Service before, very few people know about the steps required to display a custom entity in the D365 Field Service mobile app.

Let's take a look at the steps involved:

1. Find an entity by using the quick find feature in Woodford, the application that enables you to create customizations and manage licenses and mobile devices for the Resco mobile app (which Microsoft has licensed as part of Field Service).

 2. Select entity and click the enable button.
