Final Day of Decisions Fall 2010 Will Provide Insider's View of Key Dynamics CRM Applications and Trends

Attendees at Thursday's Decisions Fall 2010 will get a sneak peak at Dynamics CRM 2011 and an insider's view of the possibilities of xRM.

Those are just two of the highlights on tap for Dynamics CRM Day at Decisions Fall 2010. Bill Patterson, director of product management for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, provides insights into the key new features and benefits of Dynamics CRM 2011, currently in beta. He'll also be available to answer questions.

Additional sessions will provide information on Dynamics CRM for developers, as well as for "everyone else."

Users interested in exploiting xRM--the ability to use Dynamics CRM to manage anything your business needs to manage from customer portals to cows to cars--will want to attend the panel of five industry experts exploring the possibilities. They will examine real-life cases, looking at both the opportunities and the obstacles.

There will be a dose of reality therapy from CRM expert Sandor Schellenberg, who examines the role of Dynamics CRM within an ever-more complex enterprise environment that includes an expanding list of products from the Microsoft stack such as Dynamics, SharePoint, and Biztalk.

For executives, Dynamics MVP Leon Tribe will examine "The Tyranny of Best Practices", providing guidance for how a line of business processes can be designed to meet the immediate and long term goals of the business, both strategic and tactical. In other words, rather than bending a business' unique systems to suit the software, the software becomes an essential weapon in the business' delivery arsenal.
