Ensim Shows Off New Connector for Dynamics CRM at Microsoft Hosting Summit 2012

Ensim Corp., a provider of business and operations support solutions (BSS and OSS) to manage, orchestrate, and automate private, public and hybrid cloud infrastructure, will be demonstrating its advanced lineup of new technologies including a connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 at the Microsoft Hosting Summit in Bellevue, Washington this week.

Leading telcos, managed service providers, Global 2000 enterprises, hosting companies, and government agencies use Ensim to enable their private, public, and hybrid Cloud environments for a wide variety of on and off premise applications, services, and infrastructure, according to company officials.

Ensim now offers a management tool specifically for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with its CRM 2011 Connector, which can support multiple environments simultaneously on a single platform including both dedicated and multi-tenant pools, according to company execs. A dedicated pool can be allocated to a single organization and enables server-based customization while still being managed via Ensim Unify for provisioning automation and management.

The Ensim Unify platform gives service providers a complete, centralized, relational platform to manage the creation, activation, configuration, and administration of an entire hosted application and service offering, officials said. Ensim Unify works with or without HMC (hosting, messaging and collaboration) and MPS (Microsoft Provisioning System) components and easily overlays any existing HMC, competitor, or self-built Microsoft-based hosting environment, according to officials.

Unify allows service providers to:

  • Delegate administration so resellers, enterprise administrators and end users can manage their hosted services based on credentials
