Akvelon Announces Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tracker for Android

Akvelon has rolled out its latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancement tool, CRM Tracker for Android, an application that lets users synchronize their mobile phone calls with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The new app can be used by sales people who rely on their Android phones as their main lines of communication. Akvelon also makes Akvelon Global Search and Akvelon Global Preview add-ins for Dynamics CRM.

Akvelon CRM Tracker for Android contains tools to automatically track calls as tasks in Dynamics CRM, attach calls to records, add voice notes, and even track calls offline, according to the company. Users can create rules to enable or disable call tracking for specific contacts, or add calls later from their call logs. The application works with CRM 4.0, CRM 2011, and CRM Online and does not require any changes to the CRM system, the company said.

"Akvelon CRM Tracker is a must-have for any sales person doing business on their Android mobile phone," said Toby Rawlinson, an Account Executive at Akvelon, in a statement. "I'm out in the field most days, and tracking client calls in CRM is essential if I'm going to stay on top of my game. With Akvelon CRM Tracker I can add client calls to CRM when they happen, instead of hours or days later."

Akvelon CEO Sergei Dreizin said the company developed the app because sales people, who use their cell phones as their main phones need the ability to track calls in Dynamics CRM when they're unable to use their laptops.
