Pierre is the Senior Sales Engineer for Scribe Software. His duties take him all over the world meeting with organizations to help them understand how to integrate complex customer data. Pierre has over 24 years of experience in information technology, sales, and marketing. After 10 years in the Hardware and telecommunications side of the business, he started CRM consulting in 1999 and has since been involved in hundreds of CRM projects. He has worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since its release in 2003, and built a successful Microsoft CRM Gold Certified consulting practice. His certifications include Microsoft Certified Customer Relationship Management Professional, Scribe Insight Certification, Goldmine Certified Professional, HEAT Certified Professional. Pierre is also a certified facilitator for "Who Moved My Cheese?" training.

He is a nationally-recognized expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and complex data migration and integration projects. Pierre was a contributing author to the book Teach Yourself Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in 24 Hours. A speaker at CRM Evolution, he has also presented at: Microsoft Convergence conferences in Atlanta, San Diego, Dallas, New Orleans, and Orlando; the Microsoft International Partner Conference in Toronto; the National CRM User Group (CRMUG) in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Orlando; and the Information Technology Alliance (ITA) fall conferences. Pierre was in the inaugural group of Scribe MVP's and was the Chief Solution Architect for Infuse, a Microsoft-certified integration between Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
