Henry is a Sr. Consultant within the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Enterprise Solutions MS Dynamics practice. With more than 25 years of technology and business consulting experience, Henry has been deemed a CRM Industry Veteran by CRM Magazine and MSDynamicsworld.com.
Henry specializes in using the xRM framework to provide successful business solutions. His expertise goes beyond just CRM and includes Microsoft platforms including SharePoint, Office 365, Windows-based infrastructure configuration and implementation, financial reporting systems, business process analysis, sales and marketing process automation and improvement.
Envisioning, defining, documenting and deploying solutions that are based on sound business analysis, process review/remodel and true empathy are Henry's trademark. His skills, both technical and people based have allowed his to assist numerous clients and even Microsoft themselves resolve issues both critical and cosmetic.
With a truly diverse set of skills, he uses a consultative approach to envisioning and deploying xRM solutions. He has a wide range of experience with clients of all sizes and has held the role of CRM Practice Lead for a large national Microsoft partner.
Prior to joining TCS, Henry was an independent consultant working with The World Bank Group, whom he still supports. His experiences includes:

- Scores of Dynamics CRM implementations on premise, on-line, hosted and hybrid models including within security and highly complex environments
