Here is a word that is sure to make you shudder: Compliance.
Often, when executives hear words related to compliance and retention requirements, their first reaction is to panic and start asking questions. Am I saving documents long enough? Are they being saved in the right format? If someone asks, could I find a specific document? Am I properly auditing?
