To minimize, or even eliminate, the need for overseas travel and therefore expense, Optimum have designed a remote working model, allowing us to communicate by email and video conference calls, adjusting our working hours in the UK to cater for any time differences across the globe. This model has been successfully utilized by 100s of global organizations including Assa Abloy, PANDORA, Dr. Martens, Kodak Alaris and Pfizer.
Following the remote development of the end-user training materials, we can provide a level of delivery support to fit any scenario. At one end of the spectrum our consultants can deliver simultaneous, multi-site training with post go live floor walking support. Or we can produce detailed ‘skill the trainer’ guides so you can deliver your own training internally.
