Optimum's RapidScope® exercise is undertaken to scope the D365 end-user training phase, providing a clear plan with resources assigned for the development and delivery phases. The RapidScope® report captures the content for each of the sessions required, the duration of the training, the support materials, the geographical dispersion of users and how / where they will be brought together for training. This exercise will ensure a final number of development days has been agreed to and can be scheduled/tracked, and will minimise the possibility of time or budget overruns.

RapidScope® is conducted by one of Optimum’s Senior Training Consultants and can take between 5-10 days depending on the scale of the project. Our Senior Training Consultant will schedule short meetings with each of the client’s subject matter experts or work stream leads. A detailed report will be produced, which is essentially a roadmap for the end-user training phase, with detailed course content and deliverables / outputs for all role groups with timelines and costs. A course deliverables catalogue also accompanies this report. RapidScope® can be conducted once the business processes have been defined.
