Microsoft Releases Updated Dynamics GP Statement of Direction

Microsoft has released its latest Statement of Direction document for Microsoft Dynamics GP, with more details on GP "12", its cloud vision for customers, and updates to the roadmap through 2016.

Hi, Reading for the first time, and good article. Was wondering about the basic impacts (cost and performance)of "extended support". How does a customer activate "extended support"? Is this determined by the partner? And does "extended support" impact response times? Any users of "extended support" care to comment? Truly appreciate any insight. Mike
