Dynamics Profile: From newbie to veteran, one GP user's journey

You could say Palma Hirschfelder Wurzel's introduction to Microsoft Dynamics GP was something of a trial by fire. What helped her and her company's GP solution emerge from those early days, perhaps not surprisingly, were qualities like resourcefulness, curiosity, and connection to the community.
