Provance has released ServiceTeam ITSM Professional, an ITSM solution for Microsoft-centric MSPs, partners, and customers.

The new product is the latest in Provance's ITSM Power Apps suite. These solutions are designed to work within a Microsoft Power Apps or Dynamics 365 environment, the company stated.

ServiceTeam solutions help service desk agents at Microsoft-centric companies deliver better customer service. Provance released ServiceTeam ITSM Essential in May 2020 as a solution for smaller organizations.
