Microsoft Dynamics Profile: First-time MVP builds community around bots, Power Platform

To help provide critical information about the coronavirus, first-time Microsoft MVP Renato Romão put his skills to work to create one of the first COVID-19 chatbots.

"I showed the app on a Microsoft webinar and more than 500 people have already used my chatbot," says Romão, a business applications and artificial intelligence specialist who received his first Microsoft MVP award on June 1.

Power Virtual Agents Super User

Microsoft has recognized Romão's efforts in the Power Virtual Agents ecosystem. He is the Power Virtual Agents Community founder and has been named a Power Virtual Agents Super User for his contributions to Microsoft forums focused on the intelligent chatbot platform.
