Solgari announces WhatsApp integration into its All-Channel Communication solution

Solgari, a Microsoft ISV and provider of the Dynamics 365 All Channel Communications Solution, has released a product that allows companies to leverage WhatsApp as part of their customer service, sales, marketing and automated communication channels.

Solgari’s WhatsApp channel capability lets companies use WhatsApp business solution as another channel inside its Solgari Converse endpoint. Organizations with existing WhatsApp business accounts can add this channel inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 or on Solgari Converse in their browsers.

"Solgari’s All-Channel solution is designed to make it easy for customers to choose what channel they want to use, and we have now made WhatsApp available for customer service and conversations alongside all the other channels as a fully integrated solution," said Vance Harris, CTO at Solgari.

Integrity Data expands tax filing services to help Microsoft Dynamics GP payroll customers

Integrity Data, a Microsoft partner that provides Microsoft Dynamics payroll and human capital management solutions, will begin offering tax filing services for Dynamics GP Payroll in July 2021.
