Clade Solutions acquires a stake in Microsoft Gold Partner Simient

Australian company Clade Solutions has acquired a 50 percent stake in another Australian company, Simient, a Microsoft Gold Partner.

The businesses will continue to operate their respective brands, with minimal impact on business as usual, according to the companies. The immediate focus will be to leverage their networks to strengthen services.

The acquisition comes after a period of significant growth for Clade, which grew from four staff members to over 30 in just over four years. In late 2019, the company acquired Scrim Safety First, a health and safety solution powered by Microsoft’s Power Platform.

Clade, which builds vertical solutions on the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, launched its first product, CAMS, in late 2017.
