EDGE for AX Now Available for Dynamics AX 2012 R3

Edgewater Fullscope Inc. has rolled out an enhanced version of its Fullscope EDGE for AX that is now compatible with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

The updated industry solution is designed to complement the existing functionality in  Dynamics AX 2012 for chemical, life sciences, pharmaceutical, food, medical device and consumer product goods manufacturers, company officials said.

"As we continued to develop this product, we realized its features were applicable to a broader base of process manufacturers with both regulated and non-regulated production environments," said Russell Smith, senior vice president of Fullscope, in a statement. "As such, we renamed it from EDGE for Life Sciences & Pharma to EDGE for AX."

The existing features in EDGE for AX that have been updated for Dynamics AX 2012 R3 include Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA), enhanced eSignatures, flexible/skip lot sampling plans, approved customer lists and vendor scorecards for quality, according to officials.

DiCentral Launches DiSupply For Microsoft Channel

DiCentral Inc., a provider of supply chain management solutions and B2B integration has unveiled DiSupply for Microsoft channel partners.

The new solution improves sales processes for those using Windows 8-enabled devices. DiSupply facilitates easy communication and transactions between stores, distributors, vendors and sales reps, according to company officials.

DiCentral's Microsoft Windows 8 users will now benefit from customized implementation and comprehensive data flow with DiSupply. 

"We are grateful for the critical role Microsoft played in helping enable our new solution, DiSupply, to work with Windows 8 and, therefore, be available to more people, including those on mobile devices, including any Window 8 PC or mobile device," said Jacques Dulac, Chief Solutions Officer for DiCentral, in a statement.

Salentica Releases Next-Gen Integration with Schwab OpenView Gateway

Salentica has rolled out Version 3 of its Schwab OpenView Gateway integration. This release provides several new features including new data views for cost basis, realized and unrealized gains/losses and tax lot information.

Another new feature enables users to securely move money directly from within Salentica CRM, which supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM, via the Schwab OpenView Gateway integration to Schwab Advisor Center, company officials said. This gives advisors a time-saving tool, and a single place to view client information.

"Feedback from our clients has been that the move money capability and cost basis information within Salentica CRM through the Schwab OpenView Gateway would have high value for their firms," said says Bill Rourke, President of Salentica, in a statement. "Our goal is to continue to leverage the capabilities of Schwab's OpenView GatewayTM to deliver enhanced capabilities in Salentica CRM for our clients to help them drive new efficiencies and grow their business."

Nintex's Workflow Software now Integrates with Dynamics CRM

Nintex, a provider of workflow software, now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Nintex enables business users to connect critical ECM and CRM systems through the cloud, so customers can quickly and easily automate processes between departments in a customer-driven environment, according to company officials

Nintex's integration Dynamics CRM lets organizations:

  • Drive business processes in SharePoint in response to events in CRM so work flows better between previously siloed systems
  • Automate the process of creating, updating, retrieving, and querying records in Dynamics CRM using simple drag-and-drop workflow actions
  • Post status updates, links and polls to Microsoft Yammer, and progress workflows based on user responses in social channels

With the new integration, users can accelerate a variety of processes involving frequent interactions between customer-facing teams and internal business operations, company official said.
