InGenius CTI with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework

InGenius Software Inc., a computer telephony integration (CTI) innovator is teaming up with Microsoft to deliver a CTI integration with the Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework (CIF).

The new InGenius Connector Enterprise, CIF-compatible with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement version 9.1 and higher, incorporates the design of Dynamics 365CE with the interface for InGenius CTI for better usability, according to company officials.

The CIF allows Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement content to respond and readjust when InGenius is open, resulting in a better user interface that adapts to what users need to focus on in the CRM, officials said.

“It was gratifying to partner with Microsoft as a Channel Integration Framework preview partner to help test and design the framework,” said Dale Gantous, CEO of InGenius, in a statement. “We're always looking for ways to build on our long-standing relationship with Microsoft. Together, we're bringing a modern customer experience to Dynamics 365 CRM users and contact centers for improved productivity results.”
