How to Find the Lowest Price Available: Alex Chow, Microsoft Dynamics NAV MVP and author of the blog Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant discusses his assumption that NAV always found the lowest price available during a price search, and having a client point out that was not the case. He writes:

"Note that this scenario will only occur if an item has a Sales Price and a Sales Discount setup. If the Allow Line Discount is checked off on the Sales Price, NAV will not use the best price for the customer if a Line Discount gives a lower price for the customer.

It will always use the price on the Sales Price."
